Sangria québécoise

Summer is just around the corner... welcome the beautiful season with a refreshing sangria.

Light, fruity and festive, this sangria is perfect for aperitifs on the terrace or evenings out with friends.

You can prepare this sangria with a bottle of our BULLES POIRÉ.

Recommended glass type : Highball glass
Utensilrequired: Mixing spoon

INGREDIENTS 

  • 250 ml (1 cup) apple liqueur
  • 750 ml (3 cups) of our PEAR BUBBLE
  • 500 ml (2 cups) soda
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 227 g (8 oz) punnet strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 green apples, sliced
  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

This recipe makes 8 servings.
You can replace the PEAR BUBBLE with the same amount of VERSANT ROSÉ.

PREPARATION

  • In a bowl, macerate the strawberries, apples and cucumber in the apple liqueur with lemon juice for 1 hour in the fridge.
  • In a 2-liter pitcher, combine macerated fruit and liquid with sparkling cider and soda, then fill with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve with a ladle.
  • Enjoy your meal!
