Ingredients :

3/4 oz of Cachaça

2 oz of Raspberry Rosé Bubbles

1/4 oz. Poiré of ice cream

Raspberries

Lime slices
Instructions :
Pile some raspberries in the bottom of a glass with the brandy (Cachaça). Add ice and mix. Complete with the Bulles Rosé Framboise and the Poiré de glace Coteau Rougemont. Decorate with a slice of lime.
