Ingredients :

  • 3/4 oz of Cachaça

  • 2 oz of Raspberry Rosé Bubbles

  • 1/4 oz. Poiré of ice cream

  • Raspberries

  • Lime slices

Instructions :

Pile some raspberries in the bottom of a glass with the brandy (Cachaça). Add ice and mix. Complete with the Bulles Rosé Framboise and the Poiré de glace Coteau Rougemont. Decorate with a slice of lime.
