Agreement : Chardonnay La Côte

Ingredients :

  • 2 pounds of lobster meat in pieces from 4 lobsters of 2 to 3 pounds cooked and peeled
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

  • 1 1/2 cups good quality mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • The zest of a lemon

  • 8 large hot dog buns

  • 1/4 cup butter or oil
  • Chopped chives

Instructions :

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.

Put the butter in a frying pan and toast the breads on each side until golden brown.
Put lobster in each bun, garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
