Agreement : Chardonnay La Côte
Ingredients :
- 2 pounds of lobster meat in pieces from 4 lobsters of 2 to 3 pounds cooked and peeled

1/4 cup minced green onion

1/3 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

1 1/2 cups good quality mayonnaise

1/4 cup lime juice

The zest of a lemon

8 large hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup butter or oil
- Chopped chives
Instructions :
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Put the butter in a frying pan and toast the breads on each side until golden brown.
Put lobster in each bun, garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
