Agreement : Chardonnay La Côte


  • 2 pounds of lobster meat pieces from 4 cooked and shelled 2-3 pound lobsters
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

  • 1 1/2 cups good quality mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • The zest of a lemon

  • 8 large hot dog buns

  • 1/4 cup butter or oil
  • Chives, chopped

Instructions :

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated.

Put the butter in a frying pan and toast the bread on both sides until golden brown.
Place lobster in each loaf, garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
