RASPBERRY COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz whisky

  • 1/2 oz blackberry syrup

  • 12 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Rosé Raspberry Bubbles

*BLACKBERRY SYRUP: half sugar, half water with freshly mashed blackberries. Bring to the boil and strain finely.

Instructions :

First pour in the blackberry syrup and whisky. Stir in Angostura bitters and add Bulles Rosé Framboise. Garnish with a piece of cinnamon.
