Spicy Raspberry Cider Punch
- 1 1/2 cups Cidre Rosé Framboise
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 2 ounces of Michel Jodoin apple brandy
- A few drops of bitter
- Mix these ingredients in a measuring cup.
Mix 2 tbsp. sugar with 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger and spread on a plate.
Dip the rim of the glass in maple syrup and invert the glass to cover it with sugar and cinnamon.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
Divide the punch mixture between the two glasses and garnish with apple slices, cinnamon stick and rosemary.
