Beef bavette marinade

Agreement : Grand Coteau

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger root, 5 cm long
  • 1 cup of olive oil

Instructions :

Put all these ingredients in a food processor. Mix well and marinate your beef flank steak for 12 to 24 hours.
