Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger root, 5 cm long
- 1 cup of olive oil
Instructions :
Put all these ingredients in a food processor. Mix well and marinate your beef flank steak for 12 to 24 hours.
