Ingredients :
For 8 servings
- 1 500-gram pork tenderloin cut into cubes
(or 2 chicken breasts of 250 grams)

500 grams haloumi cheese cut into cubes

3 tablespoons lemon juice

The zest of a lemon

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Pita bread

Sliced tomatoes and lettuce

Tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges
Instructions :
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Prepare the skewers by alternating the meat and haloumi cheese. Cook the skewers on the BBQ for 3-4 minutes on each side until the meat is cooked. Serve with pitas, lettuce, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges.
