LA BOOM CHICA

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Appleton Estate Reserve rum

  • 1 oz coconut cream

  • 1/2 oz hibiscus syrup

  • 1/4 oz lime juice

  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • Rosé Raspberry Bubbles

Instructions :

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, then strain through a sieve. Pour over ice in a wine glass. Top up with Bulles Rosé Framboise.
