Harvested in the depths of winter, when snow and cold settle in for the long haul on the slopes of Mont Rougemont, this red ice wine is made from carefully selected grapes harvested by hand.
Note from the winemaker
Its deep ruby color is reminiscent of the greatest naturally sweet wines. The nose reveals intense aromas of red wild berries, supported by beautiful depth and great aromatic complexity. On the palate, the richness is harmoniously balanced by a lively freshness. The long, silky finish reveals delicate notes of almond and dark chocolate that prolong the pleasure of tasting.
