Note from the oenologist
With its pale yellow colour, it has a fruity nose with notes of candied lemon and peach jam, enhanced by white flowers. The attack in the mouth is fresh and mineral and ends with a nice roundness, all in finesse.
Seafood (lobster, oysters, clams, etc.), white fish, goes well with goat cheese.
Serve chilled between 8° and 10° C.
