Our Poiré de Glace is made in the heart of winter from the Beauté Flamande variety, in the same spirit as ice cider using the cryo-extraction method.
It has a bright golden color with a nose of candy, pears in syrup and candied fruit with floral and honey notes. In the mouth, the texture is rich and unctuous with a fine finish.
