Wines made from late harvested grapes offer a perfect balance between the generous character reminiscent of ice wines but with a nice freshness.
Note from the oenologist
Hand-picked in late autumn, the grapes are carefully selected and then pressed to produce a must that is concentrated in flavour and sugar. Our late harvest wines have a beautiful golden colour, great finesse and aromas of citrus, exotic fruits, honey and quince. This sweet wine is pleasant on the palate thanks to its smoothness and the complexity of its flavours.
