When blended with blueberries, cherries are renowned for their intense color, and express themselves in a magnificent purplish hue. On the nose, we find aromas of apples, cherries and blueberries, as well as floral notes. On the palate, the attack is greedy with a lovely freshness enhanced by fine bubbles. This is a refreshing cider that conveys all the energy of the cherry. The cherries come from the Cammia orchards in Rougemont, and the blueberries from Lac Saint-Jean.

This fruit blend proudly expresses the richness of Quebec terroir through fresh, natural aromas, with no added sugar.
