This ice wine comes from a small plot of Pinot Gris planted on the southern slope of Mont Rougemont on pebble soils.
Oenologist's note
The grapes were hand-picked in December and meticulously pressed. Its pale gold colour gives us an ample and elegant nose with aromas of pink grapefruit, candied pear, acacia honey and citrus zest. On the palate it offers us a great unctuousness supported by a beautiful balance and a finish of great elegance.
