Apple and raspberry are brought together in a harmonious blend during the fermentation process to produce this outstanding aperitif. The aromas are nicely balanced and the attack is fresh, yet delightfully round and soft.
McIntosh, Cortland, Empire, Spartan and Gala apples, mixed with raspberry.
